I am sorry but these books are unique items and require many hours of skilled work to make up each individual copy. They are prepared in small batches of 5 - 10 copies. When these are sold they can become unavailable for many months (or even years) till I can find time to make up a new batch.

I do not take payment in advance for books that are not currently available, as I cannot provide a firm delivery date. The payment buttons on my web bookshop are only active if the book is immediately available from stock.

The problem is that I have to balance my time between producing new material and binding up the older titles. It can be a rather difficult circle to square ! If I devoted all my time to making the older titles available I would produce no new titles. (3 new titles have been produced this year 2005).

If you want a particular book that is not available at the moment, please email me and I will put you on the list of people having an interest in that particular title. When a batch becomes available I will email you and you can then immediately purchase the book when the payment button is made active.
